PHIL HILL - RINGMEISTER!

The Super Team
Members of the media dubbed them Super Team. They enjoyed a hefty sponsorship package that included a major tobacco company. Their driver lineup featured three of the best in the business that accounted for three consecutive Indy-car championships. Looking after the drivers and their equipment were some of the best mechanics and engineers in racing.

A TROUBLED WINNER
With enormous driving talent, Kelly Petillo won both the Indy 500 and AAA Championship in 1935, but personal gremlins put him in prison and ended his career.
