1/30/2013 - SVRA's 16-Race Schedule for 2013
Southlake, TX - The Sportscar Vintage Racing Association has announced its most extensive race schedule in the 35-year history of the the organization. Totaling 16 races on both the East and West coasts, the 2013 schedule includes several new and exciting venues while retaining the consistent favorites.
Tony Parella, SVRA president & CEO, said, "Our drivers have asked for more events and we feel that our 2013 schedule will send a clear message that they have been heard. As vintage racing's only national organization we can now offer competitors the opportunity to race in the best races, at the best tracks, throughout the U.S."

In closing Parella said, "We're very proud of this schedule and are pleased to announce that the first ever U.S. VINTAGE RACING NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP will be held from October 24-27, 2013. We are in final negotiations with the venue, and I expect to be able to make a formal announcement soon. What I can say at this point is that its a track whose stature is appropriate for a National Championship."
