Lakeville, CT – Vintage Motorsport Photographer Bill Stoler is on location this weekend to share all of the exciting sights from the Lime Rock Historic Festival 37.
The event kicked off Thursday with the annual Vintage Race Car & Sports Car Parade.
The parade follows a 17-mile route through the towns of Lime Rock, Lakeville, Salisbury and Falls Village.
The parade culminates with a street fair in Falls Village with the race cars and street cars lining the roads.
Then it is time for the on track action to begin. Below the VSCCA Challenge Group get things moving as they head toward Big Bend.
Anthony Wang (1958 Ferrari 250 TR) and Joel Courtney (1973 Alfa Romeo GTV) side-by-side is certainly a spectacle to behold.
Chuck Lampe wheels his 1968 Chevrolet Camaro ahead of Tom Cotter (1964 Chevrolet Corvette) into The Righthander.
Mark Rosenberg (1959 Peerless GT) chases Bob Smalley in this beautiful 1962 Aston Martin DB4 GT. If you can imagine the sound, it will certainly put a smile on your face.
The Formula Fords provide spectacular racing in the 50th Anniversary Tribute Group – Skip’s Championship Delight.
